Birth control pills must be taken at the same time every day to remain effective, yet daily routines rarely align perfectly. Many rely on alarms, but timing conflicts—classes, commutes, social plans—make it easy to forget or delay a dose. Existing storage products are bulky, obvious, or lack the discretion and usability that users need.
Research Insights
To define the opportunity, I studied everyday carry habits and existing pill cases:
Market analysis: Most pill sleeves lack card space, are visually dated, and draw attention rather than conceal.
User pain points: Forgetting the pack, carrying obvious packaging, and difficulty tracking doses discreetly.
Behavioral insight: Younger users are less likely to carry keys but always have their phone—suggesting a form that integrates seamlessly into modern daily objects.
These findings guided the concept toward a slim, biodegradable wallet that balances function and subtlety.

Foam models for hand feel and sizing (½-inch thickness to match average phone wallets).
Rhino 3D modeling for curvature, sliding mechanisms, and pill compartment ergonomics.
Material tests using biodegradable silicone blends for structure and flexibility.
